1. Before you continue on to the next section, read the "Awareness" chapter in the Full Armor Revelation eBook.
2. Start your "List." You can copy/paste this template into a new spreadsheet (such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets) to start your own document.
3. Using a resource such as Strong's Concordance, spend some time to find other uses of ruach (Hebrew) or pneuma (Greek) in the Bible. Journal your findings and reflections.
4. Spend some time to practice the Diaphragm Opener, as well as the other breathing exercises provided in this section. Consider ways to implement some of these exercises into your regular habits.
